BoldPath Group Ltd (“BoldPath”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to boldpathgroupltd.com and the individuals who submit information to us through this website. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

BoldPath Group Ltd is a company based at 182–184 High Street North, London, United Kingdom. You can contact us about privacy matters at contact@boldpathgroupltd.com.

What information we collect

  • Information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, company name, company website, job title, industry, CRM, approximate lead volume and a description of your sales or follow-up problem, when you submit our Revenue Leakage Audit form or contact form.
  • Technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically when analytics cookies are enabled (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use your information

  • To respond to Revenue Leakage Audit requests and general enquiries.
  • To assess whether our services are a fit for your business.
  • To store your details in our customer relationship management system (currently being configured to use HubSpot) so we can follow up appropriately.
  • To understand how visitors use this website, where analytics cookies have been consented to.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the contents of your audit or contact form submission for any purpose beyond responding to your enquiry and, where relevant, delivering our services.

Legal basis for processing

Where the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 apply, we rely on your consent (for optional cookies), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you have initiated, and, where an engagement proceeds, the steps necessary to perform a contract with you.

Third parties and integrations

Form submissions are intended to be processed through HubSpot, a third-party CRM platform, once that integration is fully configured. Where enabled with your consent, this website may also load Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel for analytics and advertising measurement purposes. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms.

Data retention

We retain enquiry and audit submission data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement proceeds, for the duration of that relationship and any period required by law afterward.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@boldpathgroupltd.com.

International visitors

BoldPath works with businesses internationally. If you are located outside the United Kingdom, your information may be processed in the UK or in other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
